The Bank may use the above personal data disclosed by you to effect the payment transaction.
The legal basis for processing personal data by the Bank is the PayNow Payment Integrator Service Agreement.
Your personal data may be provided to the following entities:

• institutions authorised to process data when supervising the Bank, such as the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK);
• entities entrusted with data processing when providing services for the Bank.

Your personal data will be stored for no longer than five years after the termination of the agreement by any of the parties (in case of litigation). After the lapse of the above time limits, the Bank anonymises your personal data.
Via the Customer Service Bureau (BOK) or in the Bank’s branches, you have the right of access to and rectification of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability, or may demand that the data be erased or that their processing be restricted, or may object to their processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the protection of your personal data with the supervisory authority in a manner presented at uodo.gov.pl
