Automatic planner 3m x 2m

The planner uses 40×40 steel profiles instead of the typical linear guide. – Planner rides on specialized line carts

APPLICATION OF THE PLANNER :

• Treatment of wooden discs
• Countertop processing
• Milling in wood – groove milling, countertop planning

Very powerful stepper motors have been implemented in the planner, along with a control cabinet.

Thanks to CNC control – with the help of a computer we can control two axes of our planner. ( Controlling length and width )

Third Z-axis for reasons of dimensional correction and cutter wear – is adjusted manually

It is possible to implement an automated Z-axis – an additional stepper motor for the Z-axis

Control – computer program – is free

Reinforced timing belts have been implemented in the planner

It is possible to purchase the control cabinet alone – or the control cabinet with components to build the planner

We assemble and implement automatic planners at the customer’s site – in Poland

Movable Z-axis with a stroke of 120 mm.

MECHANICAL TRAPEZOIDAL SCREW LOCK HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED IN THE Z-AXIS MODULE

THE INTERLOCK IS DESIGNED TO LOWER THE MILLING MACHINE ON ITS OWN
